As our specialist, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the Microsoft 365 Business platform.

As a Microsoft 365 Business Platform Support and Management Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and supporting the Microsoft 365 Business platform, including MDM, Autopilot, Defender for Endpoint, Intune Management, Device Management, and improving Secure Score in Microsoft cloud.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Microsoft 365 Business platform.
• Monitoring and maintaining the health and security of Microsoft 365 Business platform.
• Assisting with the implementation of new features and upgrades to the Microsoft 365 Business platform.
• Providing guidance and support to clients on the use of Microsoft 365 Business platform.
• Collaborating with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex issues.
• Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and support requests.
• Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices related to Microsoft 365 Business platform.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• certification in Microsoft 365 Fundamentals and Administration,
• experience managing and supporting Microsoft 365 Business platform.
• an understanding of Microsoft Azure, Intune, Endpoint Manager, and Power platform.
