Microsoft Teams Phone system allows businesses to operate their phone systems in the cloud and eliminates the need for traditional hardware and the associated maintenance costs. This is a flexible solution for a flexible workplace that meets the needs of team members who work in the office, remotely, from the workshop or whilst travelling from $11 per user per month.
There are 2 parts to utilising a Microsoft Teams Phone system. Agile IT will work with you to transition from your current set up.
User Licence (Billed through AgileIT) + Calling Plan (can be arranged through AgileIT) = Teams Phones
Whilst it isn’t essential to have specialised hardware when using Teams Phones it can make the transition easier for those that are used to using a traditional handset. We can provide you with a number of different options to suit your needs.
