What is AgileMANAGED and how does it work?
AgileMANAGED is Agile IT's managed technology platform, two tiers, Remote and Complete, and four service areas: AgileSECURE, AgileAI, AgileVOICE and AgileCONNECT. One partner takes responsibility for the whole environment, instead of the business coordinating multiple vendors. Every engagement begins with a discovery conversation.
How is Agile IT different from break-fix IT support?
Break-fix is reactive: something breaks, you call, someone fixes it. Agile IT is a proactive managed service, we monitor, maintain and manage your environment continuously, so problems are caught before they affect the business. You also get a partner at the table when decisions are made.
How much does managed IT cost?
AgileMANAGED is priced per user, per month. AgileREMOTE starts from $85; AgileCOMPLETE from $130 (both ex GST). The final figure is confirmed in the discovery conversation. Project work such as migrations and upgrades is scoped and quoted separately.
What size businesses does Agile IT work with?
Agile IT works best with businesses of roughly 10 to 40 office staff, sized to give smaller businesses real attention, and growing businesses the structure they need. Smaller or larger, the conversation is still worth having.
