How pricing works

The pricing model, in plain terms

AgileMANAGED is priced simply and predictably. Here is how the pieces fit together before you build an estimate below.

Per user, per month

The managed service is charged per user, per month, ex GST. As your team grows or contracts, the cost moves with it, with no renegotiation required. Estimate on your current headcount.

Two service tiers

AgileREMOTE, from $85 per user per month, is the remote-delivered tier. AgileCOMPLETE, from $130, adds onsite support, managed servers, a 24/7 Network Operations Centre and quarterly reviews.

Modules added on top

Add what the business needs. Microsoft 365 Business Premium, AgileSECURE, AgileAI Foundations and AgileVOICE are priced per user. AgileCONNECT business NBN is a flat fee, one service per site.

One-off onboarding

A one-time fee to set up the service, onboard our tools, and complete a formal site assessment, security review and baseline checks. It is estimated in blocks of five staff.

The estimator gives an indicative monthly figure, not a quote. The exact pricing is confirmed after a discovery conversation and a baseline assessment of your environment. Any project work needed to bring an environment up to standard is scoped separately.

What is included in the monthly fee

Helpdesk support with a written response and resolution SLA, and a nominated technical lead, not a rotating queue
Proactive monitoring and patching of devices, servers, and supported cloud platforms
Managed Microsoft 365: user lifecycle, licensing, security baseline, MFA and conditional access
Standard endpoint security tooling on each managed device, with documentation of the environment kept current
Periodic business reviews to discuss strategy, not just tickets

Project work and hardware are quoted separately. Software licensing invoiced at cost or small margin.
