Partners
The two groups that sit behind the service Agile IT delivers: the business partners, the communities, peer groups and consultancies that help us run Agile IT well, and the industry partners, the technology platforms and vendors we deploy and manage for our clients.
Why it matters
An IT partner is only as current as the company it keeps
The threats, the tools and the best practice in our industry all move quickly. A managed IT provider that is plugged into a strong professional community sees those changes early, tests its thinking against its peers, and brings what it learns back to its clients.
A provider working alone, with no external benchmark, is far more likely to quietly fall behind. Staying current is not an accident. It is a deliberate choice about who you spend time with and what you commit to.
Part one
Business partners
The communities, peer groups, staffing partners and consultancies that help us run Agile IT well. These are the relationships behind the people and discipline that make the service possible.
Our industry community
SMBiT Professionals
The leading professional community in Australia and New Zealand for the businesses that provide IT to the small and medium business market.
Agile IT Solutions is a founding member of SMBiT Professionals, established as the leading Australia and New Zealand professional community for managed service providers and IT services companies that serve the small to medium business market.
SMBiT Professionals is supported by a large number of industry-related sponsors and has member chapters in every state of Australia, as well as in New Zealand. For an IT business, it is where current thinking on security, service delivery, and emerging technology is shared, debated and pressure-tested among peers.
Our peer group
ConnectWise IT Nation Evolve
IT Nation Evolve is a structured peer group of managed IT businesses run by ConnectWise, the long-standing global software provider for the MSP industry. Member businesses meet quarterly in chaired groups to compare performance, share practical experience, and hold each other to a higher standard on the way they run.
For Agile IT, Evolve adds something a single business cannot produce on its own: visibility into what well-run MSPs are doing across the world, with the candid commentary that only an outside peer group provides. Decisions about how we deliver service, how we price, how we measure ourselves and how we invest in the team are sharpened by that input on a regular cadence.
What it means for clients is a partner who is being measured against the best in the industry, not just against last year’s version of itself. Membership is an ongoing commitment to the work, not a one-off certification.
Our extended team
Dijital Team
Dijital Team is a Sri Lanka-based partner that helps Australian managed IT businesses build dedicated, offshore technical teams. They handle the recruitment, training, HR and operational management so the Agile IT team can focus on the work itself.
Working with Dijital Team gives Agile IT depth of capacity, access to specialist skills, and the ability to scale up the team behind the service without compromising on the standards our clients are used to. The people Dijital Team build into our operation work the same hours, against the same documentation, with the same tools as the rest of the Agile IT team.
For clients, that means consistent service availability and the ability to keep up with the demands of a growing portfolio, without the kind of cost or delay that builds up when an MSP can only hire locally.
Our sales and marketing partner
Morphability
Morphability is an Australian consultancy that helps managed IT businesses build structured sales and marketing functions. Agile IT works with them on the way we go to market: how we have the initial conversations with prospective clients, how we communicate the value of the service, and how we keep the relationship strong with the businesses already working with us.
What that means for clients is twofold. First, the conversations we have with you, particularly the early ones, are structured with intention: discovery is run properly, the proposal we put together actually addresses what your business needs, and the ongoing communication has a cadence rather than a coincidence. Second, the businesses we choose to work with are a deliberate fit, which is what makes the long-term partnerships possible.
Morphability is the outside perspective on the parts of the business that face our clients. The fact that we invest in doing that work well, with a specialist partner, is part of why our service feels like a partnership rather than a transaction.
Our accountants
Sounding Board Project
Sounding Board Project is the accounting practice that looks after Agile IT, led by Anthony Ryan. The work goes well beyond compliance: tax planning, structuring, reporting cadence, and the regular financial conversations that keep a growing business honest about where it is and where it is going.
What that means for our clients is straightforward. The business behind the service you receive is run with the same discipline we recommend to anyone else: external financial rigor, regular review, and a partner who is genuinely interested in the numbers, not just the lodgement deadlines.
Our financial planner
Advice Loop
Advice Loop is the financial planning practice that supports the founders behind Agile IT, with Luke Dean as the Principal Adviser and director. The work covers the personal financial side that underwrites the long-term commitment to the business: planning, structure, investment, protection, and the practical conversations a business owner needs over a long career.
The reason we mention this partnership publicly: a business owner with their own financial house in order is a better business partner for the clients we look after. It is one of the quiet reasons Agile IT has been able to take a long-term view of the relationships we build.
Our insurance broker
Benton Insurance Services
Benton Insurance Services is the insurance brokerage that handles Agile IT’s business insurance, including cyber insurance, professional indemnity and general business coverage, with Kate Ogilvie, CEO as our broker.
The choice of broker for an MSP is more consequential than most realise. Cyber insurance, in particular, has changed enormously in the last few years: policies have become more specific, the underwriting questions have become more technical, and the difference between a policy that pays out and one that does not now hinges on the security controls behind the business. Kate and the Benton team understand that landscape, and the conversations we have about our own cover inform how we advise our clients on theirs.
Benton Insurance is also an AgileMANAGED client of Agile IT’s, a relationship that has held through their tripling in size over five years.
Part two
Industry partners
The technology platforms, vendors and supply-chain partners behind the service Agile IT delivers. These are the products we deploy, manage and stand behind for our clients every day.
Our technology partner
Microsoft
Almost every business we work with runs on Microsoft 365. As a Microsoft AI Cloud Partner, Agile IT stays current on the platform our clients depend on every day, from identity and security through to the practical, safe rollout of AI tools like Copilot.
Being a Microsoft partner means our knowledge of the platform is kept up to date as it evolves, so the advice we give reflects how Microsoft 365 actually works today, not how it worked a few years ago.
Our core solution platform
Microsoft 365
Microsoft 365 is the core solution platform we deploy for business clients who are serious about cyber security and data protection. It brings the productivity tools your team already knows (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) together with the identity, security and device management features any growing Australian business now needs.
For businesses where the work is the data and the relationships, a properly configured Microsoft 365 environment is the difference between a productivity platform and a defensible one. Multi-factor authentication, conditional access, sensitivity labels, mobile device management, and audited backups are not extras, they are the way the platform should be set up from day one.
Agile IT runs Microsoft 365 across our entire managed client base, which means the depth of platform knowledge we apply to your environment has been built on every previous one we have set up and supported.
Our AI productivity platform
Microsoft 365 Copilot
Microsoft 365 Copilot is the AI productivity layer that sits inside the apps your team already uses, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint, with access to the data they already have. No separate AI tool to learn. No copy-paste between a chatbot and the work. The AI is in the workflow.
What makes Copilot the right enterprise-AI choice for businesses that take security seriously is the way it handles data. Prompts, inputs and responses are never used to train Microsoft’s models. Copilot inherits your Microsoft 365 permissions, sensitivity labels and retention policies, which means it only ever surfaces the information a given user is already allowed to see. The same governance you have for your documents applies to the AI working with them.
Agile IT deploys, configures and supports Microsoft 365 Copilot as a managed capability inside AgileAI: the rollout is deliberate, the policy work is done before the licences turn on, and your team is trained on what Copilot is good at and where the honest limits sit.
Our distributor
Manage Protect
Manage Protect is an Australian-based distributor of cyber security and productivity solutions for managed IT providers. Through Manage Protect we access a curated set of vendor platforms that have been vetted for the Australian SMB market, with local support and commercial terms that suit the way we deliver service.
Working with a distributor matters because it gives Agile IT depth of vendor support and access to platform expertise that a single-MSP buying relationship would not unlock. The platforms we layer into AgileMANAGED, including Guardz, are sourced and supported through Manage Protect.
Our security platform
Guardz
Guardz is the cyber security platform Agile IT layers over our clients’ Microsoft 365 environments. It brings managed detection and response, identity protection, email security, data loss prevention, and risk monitoring into a single console designed specifically for the way SMB managed IT works.
We chose Guardz Ultimate as our security overlay because it pairs deep Microsoft 365 visibility with continuously validated detection. Security tools that are installed but not actively tested are an exposure, not a control. Guardz is built around the principle that an EDR being on is not the same as an EDR working, which is the standard we hold ourselves to.
Our email security engine (via Guardz)
Check Point
Check Point Software Technologies is one of the longest-standing names in cyber security. Inside Agile IT’s stack, Check Point technology shows up specifically in the email security layer of AgileSECURE, where Check Point Harmony Email & Collaboration (the former Avanan platform) is the engine inside Guardz Ultimate that catches phishing, business email compromise, payload delivery and weaponised URLs before they reach an inbox.
The partnership is indirect: Agile IT’s commercial relationship is with Guardz, who integrate Check Point into the unified platform we deploy. The result for our clients is Check Point-grade email defence delivered as part of AgileSECURE, with no additional vendor relationship to manage and no extra licensing line.

Our business management platform
HaloPSA
HaloPSA is the Professional Services Automation platform Agile IT runs on, end to end. Service desk and ticketing, time tracking and billing, project management, CRM, contracts, asset management, and the client-facing portal all live in one system designed specifically for managed IT businesses.
What that means for clients is straightforward: a single source of truth for every interaction, ticket, project, asset and invoice. When you log into the client portal you are looking at the same system the Agile IT team uses to deliver your service, not a separate dashboard kept artificially in sync.
For an MSP of Agile IT’s shape, the choice of PSA shapes the quality of the service itself. HaloPSA is built for the way managed IT actually works, which is why we run on it.
Our RMM platform
NinjaOne
NinjaOne is the unified Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platform Agile IT uses to keep client environments healthy. Every managed endpoint, every server, and every supported piece of network infrastructure shows up in one console, with consistent monitoring, patching, scripting and ticket integration behind it.
What that means in practice is the work of keeping technology running well is structured, not improvised. Patches go out on a schedule. Anomalies surface in real time. Configuration drift is caught early. The same RMM agent that monitors a device is the one we use to fix it, which removes the back-and-forth of tools that do not talk to each other.
For clients, the benefit is service that is genuinely proactive rather than reactive. The things we catch with NinjaOne never become the calls you would have had to make to find them.
Our endpoint protection engine
SentinelOne
SentinelOne is the AI-powered endpoint detection and response (EDR) engine that protects the devices in our managed environments. It autonomously detects, prevents and responds to threats on every managed endpoint, with detection backed by behavioural AI rather than the older signature-based approach that no longer keeps up with how modern attacks work.
SentinelOne sits inside the broader AgileSECURE arrangement, complementing the platform-level visibility Guardz provides over the Microsoft 365 tenant. The two work together: SentinelOne watches and contains what is happening on the device, Guardz watches and contains what is happening across the tenant, and AgileSECURE coordinates both.
For clients, the practical effect is endpoint protection that does not just produce alerts. It contains threats automatically at machine speed, and rolls back a compromised device cleanly if a serious incident occurs.
Our unified client portal
CloudRadial
CloudRadial is the platform that gives Agile IT clients a single, branded portal for everything they need to engage with the service: tickets, knowledge articles, documentation, billing, user provisioning, and self-service for the routine requests that should not need a phone call.
For clients, that means one place to go for anything to do with their Agile IT relationship. No remembering which system holds what. No chasing down the right link. The portal is the single surface between the business and the work we do behind it.
CloudRadial also runs AI-assisted features that quietly improve the day-to-day. Routine ticket triage, suggested knowledge articles, status updates and recurring requests can be handled through the portal in a way that respects your team’s time without losing the human relationship.
Our voice and unified communications platform
Access4
Access4 is the Australian and New Zealand voice and unified communications platform that sits behind AgileVOICE. They deliver the cloud voice, business telephony, Microsoft Teams Calling and UCaaS capabilities that Agile IT manages and supports as a single line of service for our clients.
The reason Access4 is the platform we chose: it is built specifically for the way Australian managed IT providers deliver voice to SMBs. The technical foundation is solid, the operational tooling fits how a managed IT business actually runs, and the integration with Microsoft 365 (especially Teams Calling) is handled properly rather than bolted on.
For our clients, that means business phones that work the same way across the office, the laptop and the mobile, with one accountable partner across the whole arrangement. Calls, voice messages, call queues, auto-attendants and Teams Calling all managed inside the same AgileMANAGED engagement, with Agile IT responsible for the configuration and the day-to-day support.
Our connectivity partner
Hosted Network
Hosted Network is the Australian wholesale cloud and telco provider behind AgileCONNECT. They deliver the business internet, NBN, fibre, failover and managed network infrastructure services that Agile IT supplies and supports as a single accountable line of service for our clients.
Working with Hosted Network gives Agile IT something most single-business connectivity vendors cannot: a wholesale partnership built specifically for Australian managed IT providers. Provisioning, monitoring, fault handling and redundancy are designed for the way an MSP supports SMB clients, not for direct-to-consumer broadband.
For our clients, that means business connectivity supplied through the same managed agreement as the rest of the environment. When something goes wrong with the internet, you call Agile IT, not your retail telco. We coordinate the fix through the wholesale relationship, with the visibility and priority that a direct retail account does not get.
