How AgileCOMPLETE works A two-panel diagram wrapped inside a large orange "Complete coverage" container. On the left, "Your environment" lists users, workstations and laptops, the Microsoft 365 tenant, network infrastructure, servers and critical systems, identity and endpoints, and third-party software. On the right, "AgileCOMPLETE team" lists helpdesk and user support (onsite plus remote), monitoring and patching, security baselines, Microsoft 365 management, vendor coordination, 24/7 NOC for critical systems, and quarterly business reviews. A central navy badge labelled "CORE / + ONSITE" sits between them with arrows in both directions and labels above and below ("issues & requests" flowing in, "monitoring & action" flowing back). The orange wrapper signals that the whole engagement is covered, with nothing falling between remote and onsite. COMPLETE COVERAGE · ONSITE + REMOTE Nothing falls between remote and onsite. Questions

AgileCOMPLETE FAQs

What is the difference between AgileCOMPLETE and AgileCORE?
AgileCOMPLETE includes everything in AgileCORE plus onsite support across the service area, managed servers and critical systems with 24/7 Network Operations Centre (NOC) monitoring, and quarterly business management reviews.

AgileCORE is from $85 per user per month and AgileCOMPLETE is from $130 per user per month, both ex GST.
How much does AgileCOMPLETE cost?
AgileCOMPLETE is priced from $130 per user per month, ex GST. The exact per-user rate is confirmed in the discovery conversation alongside scope of supported systems, number of sites, and any project work needed to bring the environment to standard.
What counts as a user?

A user is any person who uses your IT systems and has their own email address. This includes full-time employees, part-time employees, and contractors.

Shared mailboxes, resource accounts (such as meeting rooms), and distribution lists are not considered users and are not billed.

If the same person uses multiple devices, they still count as a single user. Your subscription follows the person, not the device.

Are Microsoft 365 licences included in the price?
No. The monthly fee covers managing your Microsoft 365 environment, not the licences themselves. We supply the licences and they appear as a separate line on your invoice, so you can see what you are paying for the service and what you are paying for Microsoft.

We handle the procurement, assignment and adjustments as people join and leave, and we will tell you when someone is on the wrong plan or you are paying for a licence nobody uses.
What does the 24/7 NOC cover?
Servers and critical systems are monitored and managed around the clock through a network operations centre, so issues are caught and acted on outside business hours.
How often do the business management reviews happen?
Quarterly. They look beyond day-to-day support at technology planning, risk and upcoming decisions, so we are involved before those decisions are made, not after.
What is the quarterly business management review?
Every quarter we sit down with you to review what has happened in your environment, what has changed in your business, and what the next quarter looks like. We cover system health, security posture, project work, budget alignment, and strategic technology decisions.

This is the deliberate, scheduled moment where IT becomes a business conversation rather than a series of tickets.
Does Agile IT visit our office?
Yes. AgileCOMPLETE includes onsite support across our service area covering Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula. Onsite visits cover hardware issues that cannot be resolved remotely, network infrastructure work, new-user setup, and any scheduled work that is more efficient onsite.
Is onsite support unlimited?
Onsite support is included where required as part of business-as-usual care. Deliberate changes, upgrades and projects are scoped and quoted separately.
We have one server. Do we need Complete?
If that server is critical to the business, Complete is usually the right fit, it includes managed servers and critical systems with 24/7 NOC. We confirm it in the discovery conversation.
