Remote support, monitoring, Microsoft 365 management, and security , all delivered without needing to be on-site. For businesses across Melbourne and the Peninsula, Remote works well as the foundation of managed IT. Geography is largely irrelevant for day-to-day delivery.

For Complete to be meaningful, we need to be able to attend. That is why we focus on Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula for this tier.

Questions about location and service coverage

We are in the outer eastern suburbs. Can Agile IT still service us?
Yes. Eastern Melbourne is part of our service area. For AgileREMOTE, geography matters very little since support is delivered remotely. For Complete, which includes onsite visits, we confirm what is practical and what the expected onsite frequency looks like in the discovery conversation. We are not going to commit to something we cannot deliver.
We are based outside Melbourne. Can we still work with Agile IT?
For AgileREMOTE, geography is largely irrelevant, the service is delivered remotely and the relationship is managed through our tools and regular calls. For AgileCOMPLETE, which includes onsite support, we focus on areas where our team can reliably attend. If you are elsewhere in Victoria, reach out and we will be transparent about what we can commit to.
Does Agile IT charge separately for onsite travel?
For business-as-usual onsite support in AgileCOMPLETE, travel is included within our service area. Project work, office moves, server deployments, major upgrades, is scoped and quoted separately regardless of tier. We are clear about what is inside and outside the managed service before the agreement is signed.
