Restraint is part of how we work. Numbers without context are easy to publish and hard to honour. We would rather earn trust through what we deliver.

  • No specific uptime SLA percentages
  • No guaranteed ticket response times beyond the one-business-day general commitment
  • No money-back guarantee, and no free trial of managed services
  • No implementation guarantee beyond the typical 2 to 4 week onboarding

Why we are open about it

A number that looks reassuring on a brochure is harder to honour reliably across every client, every quarter. If any of these become operationally true over time, we will publish them.

Until then, the restraint is intentional and protective, for you and for us.
