Yes. The 30-minute Security Discovery is free, with no obligation. We have it before any commercial discussion because it is the only honest way to give you a meaningful view of where you sit.

Is this a sales call dressed up as a discovery?

No. The Discovery is structured around understanding your current security posture and giving you an honest read. There is no slide deck, no pricing discussion, and no follow-up sales sequence unless you ask for one. If we don’t think we’re the right fit, we will say so.

Do you need access to our systems?

No. The Initial Security Discovery is non-technical and requires no tools, credentials, or system access. It is a conversation, not an audit. We work from what you tell us, assumptions, controls in place, and where you’re not sure.

What happens after the call?

You will receive a short summary of what we discussed, with a Red / Amber / Green snapshot of where you sit across key security domains. If a deeper, paid Business Security Review (SMB1001 Gold aligned) would be valuable, we will say so, and if not, we will tell you that too.

Who at our business should be on the call?

A senior decision-maker, business owner, managing director, CFO or operations lead. The Discovery is business-focused, not technical, so the right person is the one who understands the business risk, not necessarily the one who knows the IT stack.

How quickly can we have the call?

We aim to confirm a time within one business day of your enquiry. Most Discoveries happen within a week, depending on diaries on both sides.
