Pricing
Priced as a managed service
AgileAI Foundations is the baseline managed service of the AgileAI practice, priced per user, per month, the same model as the rest of AgileMANAGED. It is a core service area within every AgileMANAGED engagement, and is also available to businesses that want managed AI enablement without moving their full managed service.
AgileAI Foundations from $25 per user per month, ex GST. Includes staff training on typical business AI tools for productivity, plus strategic planning with the business on the AI Enablement journey. Larger AI requirements are scoped and quoted separately as an AgileAI Implementation project.
AI tool subscriptions (Microsoft Copilot for M365, ChatGPT, Claude and similar) are charged separately by their respective vendors and are in addition to the AgileAI Foundations service fee.

How is AgileAI different from an AI workshop?
A workshop is a one-off event. AgileAI is an ongoing managed service. It keeps your AI use productive, secure and policy-aligned as the tools change and your obligations evolve, rather than leaving you with notes from a single session.
What does Microsoft Copilot for M365 actually do for our team?
Copilot sits inside the Microsoft 365 apps your team already uses, drafting emails in Outlook, transcribing meetings in Teams, drafting content in Word and PowerPoint, analysing data in Excel. AgileAI handles deployment, licensing, permissions review and ongoing governance, so your team can use it safely from day one.
Is it safe to use AI tools with our client data?
That is exactly what the security and governance pillar addresses. Before Copilot is deployed, we review your data access permissions and identify oversharing risks, then put controls in place so AI use does not expose client confidentiality. Safe use becomes the default.
Our staff are already using ChatGPT. Is that a problem?
It is very common, and worth understanding. Consumer AI tools like ChatGPT are not subject to the same data protection controls as Microsoft 365. AgileAI assesses what your team is using, identifies the risks, and puts a policy and governance framework in place that covers all of them, not just Copilot.
Does Copilot require a separate licence?
Yes. Microsoft Copilot for M365 requires a separate per-user Microsoft licence, on top of your existing Microsoft 365 subscription. Agile IT supplies and manages it. The AgileAI service fee covers deployment, governance, training and ongoing management, the underlying AI subscriptions (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) are charged separately by their vendors.
Do we need AgileMANAGED to get AgileAI?
AgileAI is a service area within AgileMANAGED, and works best as part of the full managed technology engagement. It is also available to businesses that are not yet ready to move their full managed service. The right structure for your business is confirmed in the discovery conversation.
