Mornington Peninsula · Home base

Free Form, C6/41 Watt Rd, Mornington (Coming Soon)

After 19 years on the Mornington Peninsula, the new permanent home is at Free Form, a Gestalt Property development designed by Watson Young Architects and Plume Studio. Light concrete, white brickwork, timber, on-site cafe, landscaped shared spaces, and a community of other deliberate, owner-operated businesses around us.

It is a deliberate choice of place. The design philosophy of the building lines up with how we run the business: built for the long term, designed around the people who use it.

  • A purpose-fit meeting space for discovery conversations and quarterly business reviews
  • Easy parking, on-site cafe, minutes from Mornington-Tyabb Rd, Main Street and the Nepean Highway
  • Clients welcome to drop in once the doors are open

East Melbourne · The city office

Level 2/88 Jolimont St, East Melbourne

The Melbourne office sits in a quiet corner of East Melbourne, metres from the parklands that wrap the MCG and a few minutes from Jolimont station. It is where most CBD client meetings happen.

The view is one of the best things about the office. The MCG sits directly in front of us; the CBD skyline rises behind it; and the Yarra parklands and Melbourne Park courts fill the foreground. Match days bring 100,000 people walking past the window. Quiet mornings are a working writer's dream.

  • 2-minute walk from Jolimont train station, on the Pakenham, Cranbourne and Sandringham lines
  • 5 minutes to Parliament station via Wellington Parade
  • Easy reach from the CBD, Richmond, Carlton, Fitzroy and South Yarra
  • Discovery conversations and onsite work for CBD clients run from here

Who we work with

Clients from the city to the Peninsula

Our client base runs from one end of Port Phillip Bay to the other. Long-term clients on the Peninsula, growing professional services firms in the CBD, and a meaningful number of businesses whose leadership lives down on the Peninsula while their team works out of the city, or the other way around.

We hold both offices for a reason. The Mornington base keeps us close to the businesses we have served for 10 and 15 years. The Jolimont office means a CBD client meeting is a walk, not an hour each way. The same team works from both. The standard of service does not change with the postcode.

“Over 26 years ago someone asked me why I was building a house in Mornington, if I would one day be working in the city. I told them: I want to live where I want to live, and we work with our clients wherever they are. This is still the case , and even though we can do most things remotely, it is refreshing to go out for a drive and see people and chat about business. Working across Melbourne city and the Peninsula allows for good variation of locations.”

Beyond the corridors

Remote support, anywhere in Australia

Onsite work is concentrated in the corridors above. For clients whose environment is well suited to remote delivery, AgileREMOTE covers the rest of the country, distributed teams, regional offices, remote-first businesses.

If your environment needs onsite hands regularly, we will say so in the discovery conversation. Honesty on geography is part of how we work.

Onsite support: Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula.
Remote support: anywhere your team works.
