What happens in the discovery conversation?
On-site or via Microsoft Teams, typically 45 to 60 minutes. We ask about your business, your current technology, what is working and what you want to change, then confirm whether the partnership is a good fit, identify the right AgileMANAGED tier, and scope any project work needed. No quote, no obligation.
Is the initial conversation free?
Yes. The discovery conversation is free, with no obligation. We have it before any commercial discussion because it is the only way to give you an honest answer on fit, and to understand your environment well enough for a meaningful proposal.
How quickly will you respond after I submit a request?
We aim to respond to enquiries within one business day. If you need to speak with someone sooner, call directly on 1300 859 910 or 03 8652 9560. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.
What information is helpful to have ready?
A rough user count, your primary business applications, your current IT arrangement (in-house, outsourced or a mix), and any specific concerns. You do not need a detailed brief, the discovery conversation draws that out.
We are locked into a contract with our current IT provider. What are our options?
We can still have the discovery conversation now. Many businesses plan a transition before their current contract expires. We scope the environment and the project work required, so you know what the move looks like before committing to a start date, and can decide clearly, before the renewal date forces the issue.
