Full managed care, remote first

AgileREMOTE covers your users, devices, Microsoft 365 and network infrastructure with the same standard of care as Complete, support, monitoring and security, delivered remotely by a dedicated team. It suits cloud-first businesses with no critical on-premises servers.

If onsite work is required for day to day support, it can be requested and this is charged at our standard hourly rate, so your monthly fee stays predictable, and you only pay for onsite on request.

Is the price really per user per month?
Yes. Pricing starts from $85 per user per month, ex GST. The final figure is confirmed in the discovery conversation, based on your environment and the service areas included.
Can we get onsite help if we occasionally need it?
Onsite support is part of AgileCOMPLETE. If you regularly need onsite presence, Complete is the better fit; occasional onsite work can be handled as scoped project work.
Does Remote include cyber security?
Yes. Security baselines are applied and maintained as standard, and AgileSECURE is a core component of every AgileMANAGED engagement, aligned to the SMB1001 framework.
Can we move from Remote to Complete later?
Yes. As your business changes, the tier can change with it. A periodic technology review is a natural point to reassess whether Remote still fits.
