Two paths, depending on the need

Existing clients, routine needs

We use existing knowledge of your environment to recommend without a discovery call. A quote is provided promptly for items like additional laptops, replacement workstations, or standard equipment.

New projects or significant changes

An on-site or Teams discovery meeting to discuss requirements, risk, security and budget. We provide a single recommended solution, possibly with minor options, rather than a stack of competing proposals.

Can I purchase equipment from Agile IT without being an AgileMANAGED client?
We primarily supply and manage equipment as part of AgileMANAGED, because the recommendation is shaped by what we know about your environment. For businesses that are not yet managed clients, equipment supply can still be discussed, reach out and we will work out the right approach.
What brands do you supply?
We recommend business-grade equipment and are not locked to a single brand or distributor. The recommendation is shaped by your needs, your budget, and what will work best in your environment, not by margin or rebate. We will tell you which brands we are recommending and why.
Do you handle delivery, setup, and configuration?
Yes. For AgileMANAGED clients, equipment is delivered, enrolled into the managed environment, configured, and deployed as part of the service. For project-based refreshes, setup and configuration is scoped and quoted as part of the project. Devices are not shipped to you unconfigured, they arrive ready to use.
What happens when something under warranty fails?
Agile IT manages warranty and support coordination on your behalf. You call us, not the manufacturer. Where hardware needs to be replaced or repaired, we manage the process and keep the disruption to the business as short as possible.
How do I know when it is time to replace equipment?
Proactive monitoring as part of AgileMANAGED tracks the age and health of managed devices across your environment. We raise standardised equipment refresh recommendations as part of the periodic technology review, so replacements are planned and budgeted, not reactive and rushed.
