Questions about quotes and proposals

How much detail do I need to give?

Enough for us to understand the shape of it. A rough user count, your current setup, the sites involved, and what you are trying to achieve is usually plenty. If we need more to price it accurately, we will ask.

Is a quote the same as booking a discovery conversation?

No. A quote is for something you already know you want, such as new equipment, phones or a specific project. A discovery conversation is a broader introduction where we work out whether managed IT is the right fit. If you are not sure which you need, send the quote request and we will point you the right way.

How quickly will I hear back?

We aim to respond to quote requests within one business day. If it is time sensitive, call us on 1300 859 910 or 03 8652 9560. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.

Do I have to be an existing client?

No. Anyone can request a quote. If you are an existing client, mention that in the details and we will factor in what we already know about your environment.
