We use AI in our own delivery

Agile IT uses agentic AI tools and the full Microsoft Copilot suite, Microsoft 365, Studio and Fabric, alongside Claude and ChatGPT, in service delivery. This use is governed by our General Policies and Procedures Manual.

It extends what a small, focused team can do, and it is also the lived experience that stands behind AgileAI. We are transparent about how we use AI and how we govern it, because we ask the same of our clients.

Our new Mornington home

Agile IT is moving to a new permanent base at the Free Form development on Watt Road, Mornington, a Gestalt Property project designed by Watson Young Architects and Plume Studio.

Free Form is built around community, light, and longevity. Bright concrete, white brickwork, and timber that ages well, rather than the typical dark industrial sheds. On-site café, landscaped shared spaces, and easy access from Mornington-Tyabb Road and the Nepean Highway.

It fits how we operate. Deliberate, designed for the long term, and built around the people who use it.

Agile IT has two offices: C6/41 Watt Rd, Mornington VIC 3931, and Level 2/88 Jolimont St, East Melbourne VIC 3002. The Mornington office has been the home base since 2007 and serves the Peninsula and South East Melbourne corridor. The East Melbourne office supports Melbourne CBD and inner-city clients. The team covers Melbourne's CBD, South East and Bayside suburbs, Frankston, and the full Mornington Peninsula.

Who actually handles our account, the director or junior staff?

The intentionally small team size means you are not handed off after signing. Linden sets the standard and is involved in strategic decisions. The senior technical work is led by Liam. Day-to-day support is handled by Nico and Damian. You deal with the same people, who know your environment, not a different technician each time you call.
