What B.I.T.E is

The B.I.T.E Business Conference has grown into the Mornington Peninsula and Frankston region’s premier event for bold, future-focused business owners and leaders. It is a full day of speakers, panels and exhibitors, built for owners who want to step out of the day-to-day and think bigger about where their business is heading.

The 2026 conference runs under the theme of rethinking old systems, reinventing strategy, and reigniting growth. It is also supported by the Mornington Peninsula Shire, and helps launch the Shire’s month-long Small Business Festival.
